Why isn't My Domain Working?

If your domain isn’t working as expected, don’t worry! Here are some common reasons and steps to help you troubleshoot the issue.


1. Check Your Subscription Plan

Domains are only available as part of a paid Beacons plan.

  • Make sure you're on a paid plan:
    If your account has been downgraded to the free plan, your domain will be unlinked. You can verify your subscription status in the Billing section of your Beacons account settings.

  • Relink your domain:
    If your subscription was, for some reason, deactivated, you will need to reactivate your subscription then relink your domain to your Beacons account:

    1. Go to Account Settings > Domain.

    2. Click on "Already own a domain you want to connect?"

    3. It'll take time for the domain to fully connect, up to 48 hours!


2. Check Your Domain’s Expiration Date

If your domain has expired, it will no longer work. If the domain you got was through us, you can check the expiration date here:

If this domain was purchased through an external domain provider, log in to your domain registrar (where you purchased the domain).

  • Check the domain's renewal status and expiration date.

  • If expired, renew your domain and relink it to your Beacons account.
