❌ Why Your Affiliate Payout Is Delayed or Failed

If your affiliate payout has been delayed or hasn’t been processed, it may be due to missing or invalid verification elements on your Beacons page. Our system uses automated checks to verify the legitimacy of all creator accounts before releasing payouts to protect against fraud.

To verify your account and process your payment, our system looks for:

• At least one active social media link (ex) TikTok and/or Instagram)

  • Your Beacons URL listed as a link in your bios on your socials

• Your product visibly listed on your Beacons page

If either of these elements is missing, your payout cannot be processed until they are added and your page is verified.

Regarding "instant payments" for Affiliate Commissions, these become immediately available for cash out in your Beacons dashboard, but once you cash out, the funds typically take 5–7 business days to arrive in your PayPal account.

⏳ During peak payout periods, it may take a little longer—closer to a week—based on current transaction volume.

In some cases, your payout may be held because your TikTok or Instagram links are invalid or outdated.

To fix this:

1. Go to your Design tab

2. Click “Edit Profile”

3. Then click into “Edit Social Icons”

4. Update your TikTok and/or Instagram to valid, active links
