How to Enable Apple Pay with Stripe

Edited

In order to Enable Apple Pay at checkout on your Beacons store you must have all of the following:

  • Be using an Apple Device or Safari in order for Apple pay to show up during checkout

  • Stripe Payment Processor connected to Beacons

You can check the status of all of this in your Store settings page here.

Stripe Dashboard

It looks like Stripe recently made a change to their Apple Pay requirements. Now, Stripe handles the entire merchant validation process, so you no longer need to go through a separate validation process. The only step you need to complete is adding a custom domain to your Stripe account!

Follow these simple steps to enable Apple Pay on your website:

1. Connect your Stripe to your Beacons:

More information here: https://help.beacons.ai/en/articles/4698049

2. Update your Stripe account:

Log into your Stripe account HERE and ensure that shop.beacons.ai (and your custom domain if you have one!) is added under the Apple Pay settings.

3. Reach out to Stripe if you need help:

Once you've completed these steps, Apple Pay should be available for your products on all Apple devices, or when using the Safari browser.

If you need further assistance or encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to Stripe directly. They are the best resource for any specific questions regarding your domain implementation when it comes to enabling Apple Pay.
